On May 29th, gsub Berlin hosted the workshop “Building Capacity Together for Effective e-Guidance – Sharing Successful Experiences with Practitioners and Policymakers.” This in-person event brought together 30 participants following the final GEGS Project conference.

The workshop focused on reflecting on the GEGS journey, discussing challenges, and sharing lessons learned. Participants collaborated on future strategies to enhance e-guidance systems, aiming to continue improving digital guidance services in education and employment.

The event marked a significant step toward strengthening e-guidance through shared experiences and forward-thinking discussions.
