Modernising Career Guidance – Transnational Practitioners’ Meeting
The Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) practitioners’ transnational meeting originated from the genuine will of IAG practitioners and managers involved in the various stages of GEGS to share transnationally their experiences, knowledge, learnings and views.
Through an active, participative and peer-led programme of activities, the meeting was aimed to gather the highlights, challenges and visions of all actors and stakeholders involved in the process, with a view to next steps and perspectives in modernising career guidance.
IAG Practitioners and managers from 6 countries confronted through participative workshops and sessions to the current discussions on digitalisation, career development needs, use of technological tools in their practice.
